Zombie Bacon - rub & spice blend

A bold Widowmakers BBQ blend with a smoky bacon character, cocoa and chilli. Sweet, savoury, smoky and lightly hot, it is designed for meat, burgers, pork, chicken and dishes where you want a distinctive bacon-style BBQ flavour.

How to use

Rub onto meat before grilling or smoking, mix with oil for a marinade, or stir into dips and cold sauces. It can also add smoky depth to burgers, potatoes and other savoury dishes.
