Shipping policy

We normally process orders within 24 hours after the order has been placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are usually processed on the next business day.

The estimated shipping time is normally 2-5 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, stock status, supplier and destination country.

Because Bunkra.se offers products from different suppliers, some products may have longer or shorter delivery times. The current delivery time is primarily stated on the respective product page or during checkout.

If your order contains several products, they may in some cases be shipped in separate deliveries, especially if the products come from different warehouses or suppliers.

You are responsible for providing correct contact and delivery information at checkout. If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, additional charges for reshipping or handling may apply.

If a product is out of stock or delivery is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible with more information.
