What is Bunkra?

Bunkra is an online store with products for home preparedness, emergency kits, power outages, outdoor life and smart everyday preparedness.

What should I start with?

A good start is equipment that helps you manage the first few days: water storage, light, charging, an emergency radio, first aid and simple cooking.

How long is delivery?

We normally process orders within 24 hours. Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days, but may vary depending on the product, stock status, supplier and destination country. Always check the information on the product page.

Is everything shipped in the same package?

Not always. Since products may be shipped from different warehouses or suppliers, an order can sometimes be split into several deliveries.

Can I return a product?

As a customer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. Contact us at kontakt@bunkra.se before sending anything back and we will help you.

What should I do if a product is damaged or incorrect?

Contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@bunkra.se. Include your order number and preferably photos so we can handle the case faster.

Do you keep all products in your own warehouse?

Some products may be shipped directly from a supplier or another warehouse. Delivery times and shipping methods can therefore vary between products.

Can I order from countries other than Sweden?

That depends on the product and available delivery options. Available delivery countries are shown at checkout.
