Sweet Chicken - chicken seasoning & spice blend

Widowmakers BBQ's chicken seasoning for juicy, flavourful poultry with fresh citrus notes, a hint of mustard and mild cayenne heat. Designed for whole chicken, fillets, thighs and wings, but also suitable for turkey, duck, vegetables and white fish.

How to use

Rub generously over the chicken, including under the skin when using a whole bird, and let it rest for at least 30 minutes before grilling, frying or roasting. For a marinade, combine with oil and lemon juice. It also works in yoghurt-, sour-cream- or mayonnaise-based dips and cold sauces.

Ingredients: Salt, brown sugar, lemon pepper (salt, black pepper, MUSTARD, citric acid, onion, lemon flavour), chilli powder, cumin, garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, onion.
