These Terms of Service apply when you visit and shop at Bunkra.se. By using the website and completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

General

Bunkra.se is an online store offering products within preparedness, home preparedness, safety, storage, energy, water, food, hygiene and related categories.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, image errors, pricing errors, stock errors, technical errors and changes made by suppliers. If something is incorrect in connection with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Orders

Once you have completed a purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Always check that your name, address, email, phone number and products are correct.

An order becomes binding once it has been confirmed by us. If a product cannot be delivered, for example because it is out of stock with the supplier, we will contact you and offer a solution, replacement product or refund.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown including VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs and any additional charges are displayed at checkout before purchase.

Payment is made using the payment options shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices, promotions and the product range without prior notice.

Delivery

Delivery takes place according to the options shown at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, stock status, supplier and destination country.

Orders may be shipped from different warehouses or suppliers. This means that products in the same order may in some cases be delivered in separate shipments.

You are responsible for providing correct delivery information. If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, you may be required to cover the resulting costs.

Uncollected packages

If a shipment is not collected or cannot be delivered and is therefore returned to us or the supplier, we may charge a fee corresponding to the actual costs of shipping, return shipping and handling.

An uncollected package does not count as exercising the right of withdrawal. To withdraw from a purchase, you must contact us in accordance with our return policy.

Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, first contact us at kontakt@bunkra.se and provide your order number and the products you wish to return.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it. You may inspect the item to a reasonable extent, but if the product has been used more than necessary, a deduction may be made for any reduction in value.

As the customer, you are responsible for return shipping when exercising your right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed.

Certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal, for example sealed hygiene products where the seal has been broken, food products or other goods that are unsuitable for return for hygiene, health or shelf-life reasons.

Complaints and defective products

If an item is faulty, damaged or does not correspond to what you ordered, contact us at kontakt@bunkra.se as soon as possible.

State your order number, describe the issue and preferably attach photos if relevant. If the complaint is approved, we will help you with a replacement, new item, repair or refund depending on the circumstances.

Damage caused by incorrect use, normal wear and tear or external factors is normally not considered a valid complaint.

Product information

We aim to ensure that all product information on Bunkra.se is accurate and clear. Product images, colors, packaging and details may, however, differ slightly from the actual product, particularly if the supplier has updated the product or packaging.

For products such as food, hygiene products, safety products or preparedness products, you as the customer are responsible for reading product information, instructions for use, warnings and any labeling before use.

Use of the website

You may not use Bunkra.se in a way that could damage the website, disrupt other users, bypass security features or be used for fraud, unauthorized access, spam or other prohibited activity.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we suspect misuse, incorrect information, fraud or other unauthorized use.

Personal information

When you shop with us, we process personal information necessary to handle your order, payment, delivery, customer service and any returns or complaints.

Liability and force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or obstacles beyond our control, for example disruptions involving suppliers, carriers, authorities, payment providers, technical systems, natural events, war, strikes or other circumstances that we cannot reasonably influence.

Disputes

If you have questions or are dissatisfied with something, please contact us first at kontakt@bunkra.se and we will try to find a solution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you as a consumer may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN). We apply Swedish law and normally follow ARN's recommendations.

Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms of Service when necessary. The latest version is always published on Bunkra.se.
