Refund policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

To make a return, first contact us at kontakt@bunkra.se. Please state your order number and which products you wish to return, and we will get back to you with instructions.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it. You may inspect the item to a reasonable extent, but if the product has been used more than necessary, a deduction may be made for any reduction in value.

As the customer, you are responsible for the return shipping cost when exercising your right of withdrawal. If the product is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us and we will help you further.

Certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal, for example sealed hygiene products where the seal has been broken, or goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or shelf-life reasons.

Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are normally issued within 14 days after the return has been approved.
