Thailand - spice mix & fish seasoning

A fresh, aromatic Widowmakers BBQ spice blend inspired by Southeast Asia. Thai chilli, ginger, lemon-pepper notes, basil and turmeric create balanced heat and citrus freshness. Excellent for chicken, fish, seafood, vegetables, rice and noodles.

How to use

Use as a rub on chicken, fish or prawns for 15-30 minutes before cooking. For a marinade, combine with coconut milk, lime juice and a little fish sauce. It also works well in yoghurt- or coconut-based dips and cold sauces.

Ingredients: Salt, brown sugar, garlic, lemon pepper (salt, black pepper, MUSTARD, citric acid, onion, lemon flavour), ginger, black pepper, basil, turmeric, Thai chilli.
