A powerful tribute to Texas BBQ. This Widowmakers BBQ blend combines chilli, black pepper, mustard and cumin for a robust, smoky profile made for beef - especially brisket, chuck and larger cuts - as well as game, pork and hearty stews.

How to use

Apply a generous, even layer to beef and let it dry-marinate for at least 4-6 hours, preferably overnight, before slow smoking or grilling. It also works in marinades, chilli, dips and cold sauces.
