Sweet Honey - spice blend & rub

A sweet and balanced Widowmakers BBQ rub developed by team member Fredrik Berglund ahead of the BBQ World Championship in Limerick, Ireland. Honey sweetness and selected spices create a caramelising profile ideal for ribs, pork, chicken and vegetables.

How to use

Apply as a rub before grilling or roasting, or mix with oil and a splash of apple-cider vinegar or orange juice for a marinade. It also works as a glaze base and in dips or cold sauces.

Ingredients: Brown sugar, honey (corn, yeast extract, flavouring), onion, paprika, celery salt, garlic, chilli powder, salt, black pepper.
